Welcome to our Blog!

Remember the movie The Truman Show from 1998 and how bizarre it seemed that somebody's entire life was broadcast out to millions of viewers, unbeknown to the star of the show? Ten years later, many of us have willingly opened up our lives, in varying degrees, to the curious eyes wandering the Internet. And while our viewers may not be in the millions, there are just enough friends and family out here in cyberspace, all sharing experiences with each other, that no matter where we may be living, we need not feel alone or isolated. Kendra and I love reading about our friends experiences, viewing photographs of our friends in far away places, and watching video of those we don't see often enough. We hope you will enjoy our Blog.

Happy Halloween!

Our family photo

Austin trying to steal Elizabeth's candy.
Running for freedom

Tonight we had our Ward Halloween party. They served chili, cornbread and donuts for dessert. Elizabeth was dressed as a 50's girl, Lance was in the mafia and I was his mistress. Somehow throughout the night Elizabeth managed to keep her glasses on and everyone was very impressed with her. She wasn't to sure about the whole trick or treating thing. We knocked on doors for candy and she would just say "nooooo, Mama, mama, noooooo!" I ended up having to carry her part of the way. She did have fun in the gym playing with Austin who was dressed as a devil. He tried to steal her candy a few times and Elizabeth wouldn't allow it. We had a great time and are looking forward to taking Liz out tomorrow night trick or treating in the mall!
